GC Manor Apartments

Project Description

Our Phase 3 project is a low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program, consisting of an apartment complex with 50 homes. These apartments include fully-fenced gate controllers, in-unit washing machines and dryers, as well as a playground, clubhouse, and an exercise room, among other amenities. The apartments are intended for single-family living and are very close to a Smith’s shopping center.

GC Phase 3 Manor Apartments

Phase 3 of construction was dedicated to building 50 homes. These housing units are our most affordable options and are monitored by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). They were also financed by the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and USDA 538 funds.

This apartment complex is currently being constructed vertically by Precision GCC contractors and is expected to be ready for occupancy starting July 1, 2023 (TBD), for those who qualify.

GC Phase 4 Townhome Style Houses

Our Phase 4 houses are currently under construction. There will be a total of 45 new houses, ranging from 1,344 to 1,742 square feet. Each house has 3 bedrooms, with the exception of one house that has an extra room. This extra room can be turned into an additional bedroom. Each house has a 2-car garage, energy-efficient appliances, mixed laminate and carpet floors, garage door openers, and ceiling fans.

GC Phase 5 Townhome Style Houses

Phase 5 will consist of 32 single-family homes with a 2-story, townhome-style look. These homes will be between 1400-1700 square feet and half of them will have two-car garages, with the other half with one-car garages. They will be built by the same contractor, Ryder Homes, that has built phases 1, 2 and 4, in the same style as our original townhome style homes (22) that were sold in phase 2B.

Upcoming GC Products

Our upcoming Phases 6, 7, and 8 will be rental Garden-Style Apartments, Townhome-style rental houses, and housing for our workforce.
